Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Serves 6 to 10 people 



1 Jar of Monkey McGee’s Chipotle Garlic Zing Buffalo Wing Sauce

2 Packages of cream cheese (8oz each)

1 small brick of Velveeta cut into chunks (16oz)

12 ounces of cooked chicken or shrimp (diced)

1 cup shredded cheese as garnish (optional) (cheddar or Pepper-jack)

2 tbsp minced green onions or chives (optional garnish)

¼ tsp paprika (optional garnish)

1 box of wheat thin crackers

1 loaf of crusty French bread (cut into chunks)


In a large microwaveable bowl, add the diced chicken, cream cheese and Velveeta Cheese. Pour the entire jar of Chipotle Garlic Zing over these ingredients. Place in microwave on high for 4 minutes. Remove and stir. Return to microwave for an additional 3 minutes on high. Remove and stir. Return to microwave for 3 more minutes. Remove and stir to fully incorporate melted cheeses. Spray a 10 inch round or square microwaveable dish with non-stick spray. Pour hot cheese mixture into dish. Top it with the shredded cheese and return to microwave for a final 2 minutes just to melt the cheese. Sprinkle the top with paprika and garnish with the minced green onions. Serve with Wheat Thin Crackers and French Bread Chunks. Enjoy!
